Art Work

We have been getting creative this year with our Art projects. The class always enjoys their Friday afternoon art time and has made strong progress in their ability to follow directions and explore their creative side.

The class completed a Positive/Negative Drawing of a vase of flowers. The class voted on the three that they enjoyed the most.

Van Gogh is currently on exhibit at The National History Museum. As an introduction to this amazing painter the class viewed his famous Starry Night painting. We then reproduced the painting from a Grade One perspective. Again, the class voted on the three that they liked the best.
